The site is located in the heart of Kato Paphos. Culture, leisure, and entertainment surround the project all within walking distance. A 6-story building with 36 luxury suites; each apartment offers an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, living room, and double bed. An essential feature of the project is the balconies offering the Mediterranean lifestyle of living outdoors. Each suite has a perforated bi-fold screen offering privacy and at the same time capturing views of the sea, Fabrica Hill, the lighthouse, mountains, and urban life. The ground floor is the heart of the project. Surrounded by a lush landscape of Cypriot flora. A place of serenity to escape the surrounding context allowing the users to travel and connect to the Cypriot landscape. A series of δόμες was developed and wrapped in a series of contours around the project. The stepped landscape acts as a buffer to the adjacent roads by reversing the topography towards the inner side creating a shared outdoor pool space that is immersed within lush vegetation canceling noise and any visual disturbances. At the same time the walls emerging out of the landscape act as a structural plinth connecting the ground with the suites, hovering over the proposed gardens.
